Requirements
Requires Bachelor’s degree (US or FDE) in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience overseeing multiple projects in residential construction. Stated experience to include managing residential construction projects from pre-construction through delivery; reading and interpreting architectural drawings, construction documents, and specifications; project scheduling; using budgeting tools (Microsoft Project, Monday.com, or equivalent); permit processes, building codes, and inspection procedures; vendor coordination, subcontractor management, and material procurement, and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment ) coordination.
